In today's dynamic corporate environment, team bonding activities have emerged as a pivotal tool for fostering collaboration, boosting morale, and enhancing productivity. But what if your company could achieve all these goals while simultaneously contributing to a greater social cause? Group AID offers an innovative approach to cultivate a cohesive and productive workforce while supporting underserved communities.
We offer three distinct types of workshops for corporate teams: Terrarium Making, Balloon Sculpting, and Bear Brick Acrylic Pour, where employees will have the opportunity to collaborate and create terrariums or sculptures under the guidance of our experienced instructors. More than just fun activities, they serve as a bridge between corporate teams and the broader community, allowing companies to channel their resources into meaningful experiences that benefit both their employees and those in need.
The Benefits of Team Bonding Activities
Team bonding activities are essential for building trust, improving communication, and fostering a sense of camaraderie among team members, especially in dynamic work environments where face-to-face interactions are limited. When employees engage in collaborative tasks outside the usual work environment, they develop stronger interpersonal relationships and learn to work together more effectively. Research by IJME and several other studies has shown that effective team-building activities can significantly enhance team performance, communication, and overall satisfaction.
In addition, engaging in creative activities like terrarium making or acrylic pour art stimulates the mind and encourages innovative thinking, which can translate into more creative solutions at work.
Making a Social Impact
Beyond fostering strong bonds between employees, the true beauty of Group AID's workshops lies in their dual impact. Proceeds from our corporate team bonding activities are used to sponsor and subsidize more workshops for underserved communities, including children and the elderly. By choosing to partner with us, companies can make a tangible difference in the lives of those who need it most.

For instance, on June 21, 2024, we partnered with Telin, a leading telecommunications company to conduct a terrarium-making workshop for 31 beneficiaries from Big Heart Student Care (BHSC). BHSC is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing affordable, quality after-school care for students, regardless of their socio-economic or ethnic background. Not only did Telin sponsor the workshop, its employees also joined in as volunteers, bringing fun and joy to the students while fostering team spirit and collaboration among themselves.
The terrarium-making workshop with Telin was a resounding success. The event provided a platform for Telin’s employees to interact with the students, share knowledge, and work together to create beautiful terrariums. This experience not only enriched the lives of the students but also strengthened the bonds among Telin’s team members.
A BHSC teacher in charge shared their thoughts on the workshop: “The workshop has benefitted the students greatly in a way where they can express their creativity and imagination. Having volunteers break down the instructions allows the ice to be broken quickly, forging a bond with all the students involved, even those who are usually quieter in class. All in all, we were glad to have the program conducted with our students. Thank you, Group AID & Telin!”
